Seoul is the soul of asia, wherein history, culture and modernity could be seen at the same time in one great city.

작품명-“서서서서서서서울”. /// ‘서울의 풍경에서 타이포그래피 형태 찾기’를 컨셉으로 진행한 작품입니다. 글자 형태와 이미지를 병렬배치하고, 그에 따라 연상되는 단어를 좌측상단에 함께 배열하여 표현했습니다.

서울이라는 두 글자를 흥겹게 춤을 추고 있는 전통복의 소녀 – 조선시대 미인도와 같이 옛스러운 구도에 현대적인 감각을 더해 그려낸 온고지신, 바로 옛것과 새것을 잇는 디자인 서울의 지향점이기도합니다. 그리하여 즐겁고 귀여운 무희 타이포그라피가 탄생! 자세히 보시면 서울의 랜드마크인 남산타워가 산 위에 우뚝 솟은 모습과 ‘ㅅ'(시옷)을 합쳐 무희의 가지런한 머리를 표현했고 ‘ㅓ’는 무희의 가락에 맞춰 흔들리는 소맷부리로,...   Read more

서울의 글씨를 검은 먹으로 그린듯한 캘리그라피로 감성서울의 이미지를 나타내었다. 또한 배경으로 N서울타워를 그린 일러스트와 먹으로 그린듯한 산 표현으로 아날로그적인 형태와 현대의 이미지를 함께 나타내어 과거와 현대가 잘 어우러진 아름다운 서울의 느낌도 표현하였다.
