It’s the start of 2014 and as one of the Global Seoul Mates, we have now our 4th mission. The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced “ The Seoul Metropolitan Government Civil Affairs that will change This Year – The More You Know, The Larger Difference You Will Feel”. It introduces the 50 policies in 6 categories for the convenience of the Seoulites.
